Here are the details on an annual basis:

• Each referral earns YOU $20 CASH! Yes, good ol’ fashioned hard cash to spend how you want.
• Maximum limit is $100 per year (12 months period) per person referring.
• Referring party does NOT have to be our client to qualify.

The program runs January 1st to December 31st. Once the program renews, you can start earning the gift cards again. ANYONE can participate, even if you don’t have insurance here!
