We are looking for a fun, dedicated and outgoing person to fill our Customer Service Receptionist position, who is eager to learn new job skills and advance within the company.

About the position!  $31,200-$35,360

This energetic person will understand the importance of developing and maintaining customer relationships, be customer service-minded, professional and willing to go the extra mile. This can be a fast paced environment and we work closely with our clients so commitment to the job, consistency and attention to detail are a must!  The Custom Service Receptionist will have general receptionist duties such as; greeting customers, answering phones, routing calls, maintaining lobby, assisting management with ongoing projects and community outreach, as well as assisting Account Managers & Producers with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries, customer follow up and correspondence with clients via email, mail, phone and in person and other duties as assigned.  There is also opportunity for advancement for the right individual.

* High school diploma.

* Willing to get Property & Casualty License within 30 days of employment if you aren’t already.

* Customer service experience.

* Long-term career minded.

* Adapt easily in a fast paced environment and be flexible.

* Above standard attention to detail.

* Ability to learn independently – The world of insurance is complex and requires. attention to detail, ability to read and interpret contracts.

* Service focused – our clients deserve the best experience possible!

* Excellent communication skills – through social media, email, written, verbal and in person.

* Creative, problem solving techniques and forward thinking.

* Reliable and trustworthy.

* Ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within a short time frame.

* Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to handle multiple interruptions and still complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

Preferred but not required:

* College degree or equivalent higher education certificate.

* Current Property & Casualty Insurance License.

* Experience in the P&C Industry.
