We’ve promoted within and are looking for a fun, dedicated and outgoing person to fill our Personal Lines Account Manager position, who is eager to learn new job skills and advance within the company.

About the position!

This energetic person will understand the importance of developing and maintaining customer relationships, be customer service-minded, professional and willing to go the extra mile. This can be a fast paced environment and we work closely with, and are dedicated to our clients so commitment to the job, consistency and attention to detail are a must! The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining current client relations, consulting with and making recommendations based on individual circumstances, completing client requests such as policy changes, assisting with claims, billing inquiries and making payments.  The Account Manager will also provide support to senior producers, provide other administrative duties, contribute to staff meetings and participate in agency sponsored community outreach events.

This position provides multiple opportunities for promotions and to grow personally & professionally.  The ability to correspond professionally via email, text, phone, in person and in writing is a must.  This position requires strong computer skills, the ability work within a management system and successfully handling multiple tasks at once.  Salary starts at $35k DOE, higher salary available to those with insurance and quoting experience!  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick and matching 401k.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience

Preferred but not required:

  • College degree or equivalent higher education certification.
  • Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Insurance experience and/or P&C License is preferred.
