Hiring: Licensed Insurance Agent (or experienced customer service individual) for our Personal Lines Department to manage current client accounts and assist with new client accounts. Primary duties will be: consulting with and completing client requests such as policy changes, billing & payments, while corresponding via email, phone, in person and in writing. Duties also include but are not limited to; quoting, requoting & making recommendations based on individual circumstances. Ability to multitask, work independently and efficiently in a high paced environment, while providing a friendly and caring atmosphere for customers is a must.

Opportunities for promotions, advancement and supplementing your salary by growing your own book of business as well! Salary range is $35k to $60k, depending on experience.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Customer service experience

Preferred but not required:
College degree or equivalent higher education certification
Property & Casualty License
Experience in the insurance industry
Insurance experience and/or P&C License is preferred.
